This mounting plate is open in the centre, giving it a spring action.
They are suitable for Snap-in hinges for internal doors.
Simply release the spring-loaded section of the mounting plate slightly and slide the hinges out to lift off your internal doors.
Very convenient when removing and refitting internal doors.
