74 mm load-bearing lift-off hinge.
Lift-off hinge with a tapered post and a 74 mm leaf, a traditional size for window sashes and cabinet doors.
This hinge is made at Eskilstuna Kulturbeslag's factory and follows an older standard size.
This type of hinge was widely used from approximately 1870 to 1935. The hinge is made entirely from untreated iron.

NOTE! These hinges are not sold in pairs! Price per hinge (1 male part + 1 female part).
PLEASE NOTE: These hinges are designed to be recessed and fitted between the window sash and frame. Right- or left-handing is determined while standing in front of the closed window with the hinges visible.
If these hinges are surface-mounted to the frame and window sash, the handing is reversed: a right-hung window uses the opposite configuration to a left-hung window.
