DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
A shipping fee of SEK 59 applies to orders under SEK 800. On orders over SEK 800 we cover the shipping. Please remember that when ordering you must state the same name as the one on your ID, otherwise you may have difficulty collecting your parcel.
DELIVERY WITH POSTNORD We use PostNord for parcel distribution. If you choose this option, you collect your parcel at a pick-up point near you. A shipping fee of SEK 59 applies to orders under SEK 800. The fee is charged only once per order, regardless of the number of parcels.
Order as usual via specialbeslag.se. When the parcel arrives, PostNord sends a notification telling you where and when you can collect it. If you have provided your mobile number, you will be notified by SMS. If we do not have your mobile number, a notification is sent by email. If we have neither a mobile number nor an email address, an ordinary postal notification is sent. By providing your mobile number you receive an SMS notification, which is usually up to 2 days faster than an ordinary postal notification.
DELIVERY TIME If the item you have ordered is in stock, we usually ship it within 1–2 business days. For in-store collection, the goods are dispatched within 1–2 days. PostNord's delivery time is added to this and depends on where in the country you live. If the estimated delivery date is postponed by more than six days, we will contact you, explain the reason for the delay and give a new estimated delivery date.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES If an item is temporarily out of stock and this results in your order being split into several deliveries, we will keep track of it for you and deliver it later at no extra shipping cost. If you do not want to wait, you are of course welcome to cancel.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – 60-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 60-day right of return/withdrawal when you shop at specialbeslag.se. If you wish, you can always exchange an item bought at specialbeslag.se in our physical store, and vice versa. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you received the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email or letter within 60 days for items from the regular range. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
If you want to return or exchange your item, you must enclose the receipt/invoice or the delivery note. Please note that for the returned products to be considered unused, they must be in essentially unchanged condition. When used goods are returned, we will carry out a valuation of the item. You will then be refunded for the item minus the deduction for depreciation permitted by law. The depreciation may amount to up to 100% if the item cannot be resold.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal for an individual item, we refund the purchase price of the item within 7 days of receiving the return; you pay the return shipping. If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, we refund the full purchase price including shipping fees within 7 days of receiving the return. You pay the return shipping. Refunds when exercising the right of withdrawal are made using the same payment method as for the purchase.
