Find the right model and style
Choosing a window handle is about matching the fitting with the age and function of the window. For older, coupled windows with an espagnolette (the rod inside the sash), a window handle with a specific pin thickness and hole pattern is often required. Modern windows usually have standardised dimensions, but the design varies.
Different types of handles:
- Classic handles: Models inspired by the 19th century and early 20th century, often with details in Mässing
- Functionalist and retro: Clean-lined fittings in Nickel or Krom reflecting the functionalism of the 30s to 50s
- Security handles: Lockable models and variants with child safety lock
